He is also on the panel of facilitators for the Asia-Pacific Region for Harvard Business Publishing- a subsidiary of Harvard Business School.
Recently he has also launched his course at Udemy – a global portal for online learning, and is now a premium instructor with them.
He is currently partnering with a global IT firm in managing the people side of change for a major digital transformation for the Government of India. Sidharath is an experienced Human Resources Professional who has worked in leadership positions for major Indian and Multinational Organizations across a range of industries – Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Oil & Gas, Cement & Infrastructure. In his various assignments he has worked with such diverse organisations as Unilever, Reckitt Benckiser, Punj Lloyd, Heidelberg Cement and L&T.
Sidharath has participated in major HR transformation exercises, and seeks to align HR strategy with business priorities to build individual and organizational capabilities. Leveraging on his rich experience, he can facilitate Leadership Development, Organization Development initiatives, anchor HR interventions in the areas of talent management, performance management and change management.

Excellent track record of leading from the front and building high performance teams, expertise in instituting and sustaining processes and systems, proven track record of facilitating profitability, turning around troubled operations, maintaining a highly unbiased and accessible approach and taking calculative risks. Proven ability to work with senior management teams to integrate the HR function within the overall business strategy.
His core strength lie in building successful HR departments from ground up, Post M&A integration and restructuring, attracting and retaining high potential talent, workforce optimization, timely acquisition of talent and creating virtual benches, ensuring statutory and legal compliance, framing policies and procedures to the needs of employees and business, designing and implementing best industry practices, managing succession planning and employee development program to build for the future, engaging employees proactively, compensation and benefits programs, industrial relations including litigation management, long term settlement and restructuring.
In his previous assignment as the Head of HR of Punj Lloyd’s Saudi Operation Benjamin spearheaded the project’s recruitment and ramped up manpower to meet the clients’ stringent timeline. He was involved in hiring manpower from India, Philippines, Nepal, Srilanka & Bangladesh.
During his career span of over 20 years, Benjamin have worked with companies like Polaris, PepsiCo, Meritor Automotive, Coca Cola, Reckitt Benckiser and Reliance Communication. His last assignment was with Dayim Punj Lloyd as the Head of HR for Saudi Arabia operation.
